Blue Moon EXPO
Next Event: 4 October 2009 Hotel & Spa JM Santa Pola (Alicante) 11.00 - 20.00 hrs
We will be targeting clients of all nationalities and will be advertising in both the local Spanish and English-language newspapers. Although the cost of advertising will be met by ourselves, you may wish to include your own advertisement by arrangement in the week prior to the event.
We shall also be distributing posters and leaflets and the Hotel will also be promoting the event.
Entrance to the Wedding Exhibition will be free of charge in order to attract as many visitors as possible.
Refreshments will be available and open to the public and exhibitors.
Each space will be 2.5 square metres and the cost per exhibitor is 180 Euros. The cost includes tablecloth and chairs. Electricity will be provided to those who need it, however please contact us for a price as this will depend on likely consumption. If you require more space than 2.5 metres please contact us.
A deposit of 50€ is required to book your space. The balance of 130€ must be paid by 20 September. Deposits are non-refundable and if the balance has not been paid by the due date we reserve the right to re-let your space. Until full payment has been made your booking is not confirmed.
Although there is no exclusivity for any particular product or service, you are expected only to exhibit your main product. Any additional products must be agreed with the organizer in advance.
The organizer can accept no responsibility for any losses or damage.
